A Happy Sunny Spring to you all.

This is the third day of April and I can feel a real heat in the sun and it is most welcome. All the flowers and blossoms are basking in it with delight and the bees are humming happily around the heather which seems a much deeper shade of purple this year.

As my birthday is in March I always relate this time of year to a New Year type feeling, looking forward to the journey of the year, where it is going to take me, remembering to enjoy the journey rather than angsting about reaching the destination. It is a time of joy as we watch nature in all it's glory rise up once again, the sap in the trees and shrubs rising and indeed the sap in my own veins rising with passion and a desire to create, serve and love.

VIVA

March 10 th saw the launch of VIVA Level 1 in Perth , and it was extremely successful. Seven of us, all Reiki Masters bar 1, created a wonderful day in which the Archangels were present and instrumental in enormous releases, healings and vibrational shifts. Voices that had been lost are being heard once again, stepping into their power these beautiful spirits are just at the beginning of an exciting transformational phase of their sacred journey.

Guidance from your Archangels

Spring is a time for Love - Love to live and live to love

Love is an interesting beautiful energy, for energy it is. When we choose to express it, it takes on it's full glory of compassion, healing, forgiveness, acceptance and care. Love raises the vibrations in ourselves and others and has in and of itself the highest of all vibrational levels.

Where and when and how have you expressed unconditional love to yourself or to others today?

How many random acts of kindness have you given to yourself or others today? DO IT NOW .

Top up your energy and feel and express LOVE – the unconditional variety.

Integrity is also an interesting energy. When we bring integrity into our top ten ways of being we really begin to walk our talk instead of just talking our talk. We easily spot when someone is doing the ‘Do as I say and not as I do' act. It is such a familiar phrase, we see it enacted so clearly in other folks but we ourselves couldn't possibly own it.

Behaving congruently, the heart, mind and actions speaking as one, honestly and with love, is the goal .

( In the last 18 months I had crept back on to coffee, compromising with my ‘self talk' that just one cup a day would be OK until three or four were being consumed quite happily. I have chosen to pull that right back and revert to no cups a day and I feel so much better in lots of different ways, back in core alignment and balance.Is it just my imagination that my excema in my ears is going and that I am sleeping a lot better, don't think so!)

As a therapist I have learned to listen to whatever comes out my mouth as advice or therapeutic content for a client, at some level I can usually own it and know that Divine Intelligence is bringing it to my attention as well. Every situation and everyone outside of you is mirroring you and your inner world at some level.

How honest have you been with yourself lately?

 

Have you acknowledged what your needs are to yourself and expressed them?

 

Have you noticed how you bargain and compromise with yourself?

 

How honest have you been with others?

 

Have you spoken your Truth lovingly and kindly?

Or stuffed it down in favour of suppressed anger, guilt or anxiety. Giving your power away in these situations weakens your vibrational system and cannot be sustained for a long period of time, you will eventually become ill at ease or dis-eased.

Realise that not to speak your Truth up and out denies the other individual an opportunity to learn and grow, we advocate this, we also advocate that it is always done with love, honour and respect.

‘I matter, You matter' a good place to start from. Try it and see, magical outcomes are available to everyone.
